Consumer Reports Says We Are Below Average – Is it True?

Like opinions on everything, it really depends on your perspective. Just like for our patients. If I had a good experience at the ER yesterday, I think CVPH is great. If I waited an hour to get blood drawn then not so much. And if my parent died of cancer on R5 and we had great care from the R5 staff and the palliative care team I will be grateful enough to write a letter to the editor singing CVPH’s praises.
